「口袋衣帽间」的付费项目为一次性买断的应用内购买（解锁全部功能），非订阅制，不存在自动续费。购买与支付均通过 Apple App Store / Google Play 官方渠道完成。

Pocket Closet offers a single one-time in-app purchase (unlock all features). It is not a subscription and never auto-renews. All payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play.

1. 购买说明 / About the purchase

• 买断为虚拟商品，购买成功后立即在本设备解锁全部功能。The unlock is a digital good, activated immediately after purchase.
• 同一 Apple ID / Google 账号更换设备或重装应用后，可在「解锁全部功能」页面使用「恢复购买」免费恢复，无需重复付费。Use "Restore purchase" to recover the unlock for free on a new device or after reinstalling, with the same Apple ID / Google account.

2. iOS（App Store）退款 / iOS refunds

苹果平台的付款和退款由 Apple 统一处理，开发者无法直接操作退款。申请方式：访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，使用你的 Apple ID 登录，找到「口袋衣帽间」的购买记录并选择「申请退款」；或在 App Store 联系 Apple 支持。退款是否通过由 Apple 根据其政策裁定，通常会在 24–48 小时内给出结果。

On iOS, payments and refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID. Apple decides refund eligibility per its policy, usually within 24–48 hours.

3. Android（Google Play）退款 / Android refunds

• 购买后 48 小时内：可直接在 Google Play 的订单记录中申请退款，由 Google 自动处理。Within 48 hours: request directly through Google Play order history.
• 超过 48 小时：请发邮件至 jxx1114@gmail.com，附上 Google Play 订单编号（GPA 开头）和购买账号，我们会在 7 个工作日内核实并答复。After 48 hours: email us with your Google Play order number (starting with GPA); we will respond within 7 business days.

4. 不予退款的情形 / Non-refundable cases

• 无法提供有效购买凭证（订单编号）的申请。Requests without a valid order number.
• 通过非官方渠道（如二手交易、账号共享）取得的解锁。Unlocks obtained through unofficial channels (resale, account sharing).
• 因设备自身故障、系统不兼容等非应用原因且已明显长期正常使用后的申请，将视具体情况处理。Requests after prolonged normal use, caused by device issues unrelated to the app, are handled case by case.

5. 数据说明 / Your data

退款成功后，付费功能将恢复为免费版限制，但你已录入的数据不会被删除，仍保存在你的设备上。

After a refund, premium features revert to the free tier, but none of your data is deleted — everything stays on your device.
